Stephanie Snade
Business Psychologist

Stephanie is a dynamic psychologist with a passion for leadership development and assessment interventions for senior teams across the UK and internationally. With both people and organisation development and behavioural safety experience, she demonstrates her aptitude for applying scientific people-centred solutions to a range of business problems.

Marjorie Raymond
Principle Psychologist

 Marjorie's enthusiasm and sense of humour allow her to persuade people to see the benefits that come from change and enable them to act. She spots and then solves challenging problems. As an occupational psychologist, her forte is motivating, supporting and developing both teams and individuals in many sectors including Charities and Financial Services.
